In 2016 I had the opportunity to work at the stadium in Frisco, TX. Dr Pepper Ballpark was definitely one of the best stadiums in all of Minor League Baseball, and one of the perks of this stadium was the proximity to Arlington. This created an opportunity for rehab assignments when a player for the Rangers was injured. On this day in 2016 the player on the rehab assignment was the Rangers ace, Yu Darvish. This was also my first time experiencing a sold out crowd at Dr Pepper Ballpark with almost 12,000 people! It was their 4th largest crowd in history. Here are a couple pictures from that day.
